1982 Datsun 280ZX coupe

This is a 1982 Datsun 280ZX two seat coupe with a 5 speed transmission. It had been repainted 7 years ago ‘Viper Blue’ and the paint has held up nicely. There are a few minor touch up spots, but no dents. The interior is the original cloth and is in very good shape. There is a small split on the dash, which is common for Z’s of this vintage.

The engine runs great and the transmission shifts cleanly. A recent compression test shows all cylinders above 177.5 PSI. The odometer just turned 104,000 miles, which I believe is accurate. The AC blows ice cold, the cruise control and power windows work and the original radio works, but I have never tested the cassette player. The female voice warning for ‘door open’ and “lights on’ is still functional. The two speed wipers work fine, but the intermittent feature is not functional. The wheels are original and have Michelin tires

There is no rust or corrosion visible.

I am the third owner and have owned this car for 4 years and use it as a daily driver. It is garage kept.

The Z does well at local car shows. It is a head turner and gets many ‘thumbs up” when cruising.

This is a nice fun to drive car with many miles left for the next owner.

The 280ZX is located in Southern Oregon and comes with a clear Oregon title in my name and is currently licensed and insured.

Included in the sale are the factory body protective side moldings (which I chose to not install), the owners manual, a Hayne’s repair manual and some misc.receipts.

1967 Chevelle “SS” Custom

Hello, I am selling a 1967 Chevelle that has been custom built with a 383 Stroker motor, Dual Carburetor Tunnel-Ram intake, and wickid side pipes. The car was built in Texas about 5 years ago and had several transformations, including a change of aspiration; The Chevelle has a Chevy 383 Stoker motor and previously had a Weiand 6-71 Supercharger with (2) Edelbrock 500cfm carbs (also for sale @ $3,500). The Chevelle now has an Edlebrock Tunnel-Ram intake manifold with (2) custom 600cfm race carburetors on a custom motor plate. The valve covers and have been dipped in Hydroform with images of skulls; Everything else is black or chrome in the engine bay. The motor pushes around 600 Horsepower and really fun with the rebuilt GM 4-speed transmission. There are black, vented side pipes with heat shrouds and a flamethrower system to shoot out 12″ flames; There is also a switch to open the exhaust baffles to give the car the loud racecar sound, as well as increase horsepower for the track. I recently installed a new aluminum 4-core radiator as well.

The interior took several weeks to complete and cost around $10,000. New black carpet, new ‘vinyl’ leather seats, black Ostrich leather dash & center console. New JVC headunit, with a 6″ speaker in each front floor area, as well as (2) 12″ subs and (2) amps in the backseat area, as well as (2) speakers at back winshield. There are also (2) more 10″ subs in the carpeted trunk area, as well as a 10-gallon, stainless aluminum racing fuel cell. The interior and all new wiring was done by “ASM Interior” in Dallas, Texas.

The paint is 7-layers of beautiful gloss black with small flakes of red embedded in. The realistic flames were hand-painted on the front fenders and hood. The paintshop was “Picasso’s” in Dallas, Texas.

This Chevelle is real beauty and a TRUE Hot Rod, with plenty of trophies to prove it!

Thanks for looking, feel free to ask any questions you may have.

Cheers!

– Rick
